Landlust Wirtshaus am Reitsberger Hof in Vaterstetten

We have just moved to Vaterstetten, we only know the restaurant from the times of the second Corona wave and can therefore say relatively little about the service and the restaurant itself. However, the food is superb !! We had the veal cheeks from the Corona card once and the goose the week before. Both very, very tasty and in our opinion a great price-performance ratio. Tip from our side: Preheat the oven at home to 70 C and preheat the plates, because unfortunately eating on the way home from the restaurant cools down a bit. At home, briefly "warm up" the food in the oven and then enjoy. It's a Dream!

We really like to be guests of the Link family, our last visit was in the summer, before the second lockdown. We like the regional cuisine very much, there is always something for each of us, it is extremely tasty and the service team is really dedicated and attentive. I have to emphasize that I have never seen in any other restaurant how friendly and careful children are. It starts with the smile of the service staff, who also includes the child when ordering, continues with the really extensive children's menu and child-friendly portions of the meal (how great that there are simply cucumber and tomato wedges as a salad substitute for children!) To really good facilities for all ages of children. There are stools in the toilets so that the little ones can wash their hands at the sink. The changing room, which is also the toilet for wheelchair users, can be reached from the ground floor without a barrier and is so large that you can comfortably drive a stroller into it. The changing table is even equipped with a staircase so that larger nappy-changing children can step comfortably and safely on the table. In summer it is of course especially nice, as the children can pass the waiting time until they eat on the playground. All of this is really excellent service for the youngest guests! After dinner, we usually stroll leisurely through the adventure farm, look at the animals and stock up on delicious, regional products in the farm shop. In times of Corona, we also felt very comfortable with the common hygiene measures. All measures were implemented in a really sensible way and despite everything the staff was there with great zeal and cordiality. We wish the Link family and their employees all the best and hope that they can get through the current lockdown!

Quality of the food was always very good. Unfortunately very noisy in the main room opposite the counter. Therefore one point deduction. Friendliness varies depending on the service. We were lucky with our waitress and the boss Anna ;-)

Really great place. I'm not the biggest fan of German cuisine but the food here was really really good. So was the service. Looks like there is plenty outside to keep kids entertained so we'll be back on a non-rainy day in the future for sure.

Very nice and large inn with cozy furnishings. The staff is warm and friendly, and the food is delicious. The prices are reasonable. Even during the current Corona crisis, you feel at home here, as many sensible measures are being implemented to protect guests and staff.

We celebrated a birthday with the family (9 adults and 2 children). From the aperitif to the birthday cake, everything went smoothly. Courteous and informal, perfectly guided through the afternoon. Thank you very much for the very good hospitality. Price and performance are right here.

The beer garden is ideal for families with children. The kitchen has a lot to offer, paying attention to regional products.

I'm from Switzerland, but at least once a year in Bavaria on vacation. This summer I discovered the Landlust inn. I am absolutely impressed and enthusiastic about the Bavarian cuisine in this house. I now know a few taverns in the Free State, but Landlust is one of my favorites. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and also very communicative. The experience is rounded off by a very tidy, cozy ambience, both in the restaurant and in the spacious beer garden. Tomorrow I'll be dining there for the fifth time and I'm already looking forward to it.

Really large area. There is a lot on offer for children. A playground and lots of space. The food was very good. Definitely try the spare ribs. There is also a farm shop where you can buy regional products. We're going there again.

Great restaurant with warm hosts. Despite the hustle and bustle, you can feel the Bavarian hospitality. The food is wonderful, as are the juices and the beer. We will be back. Advance reservations are strongly recommended.

Nice beer garden and great playground, lots of animals to look at. Great with kids. Large great children's menu. Monday evening was well attended, but the drinks were quickly at the table. Unquestioned, it goes without saying that the children's food came first. I thought it was great! So the adults could enjoy the food in peace! Monkfish and trout were great! The only drawback was the espresso. No crema and poor taste. Still an all round great visit!

Nice beer garden and very hard-working staff ...... but unfortunately the quality of the dishes could not really convince. We probably won't come back for dinner. Gladly for a drink break, or to try coffee and cake ...

The first time after Corona visited the restaurant. Staff as always friendly and accommodating. The food was there quickly and the quality was very high. This time there was roast veal and pork with side dishes.

Absolute top class. Lots of games for children, large playground. Water bowls are available for dogs. Top friendly and courteous staff, the tip is gladly. The food I can only recommend, great price and very delicious. The selection is large and, for small and large. The portions are class.

Good food and a very nice place

Again and again nice to go with children to the Reitsberger Hof. There is an open stall, good hearty food a playground, pony riding, tractor driving, goats, cows, horses, sheep us a lot more. Everything open and lovingly designed.

Nice beer garden outside Munich. It's more a Adventure-playground for your kids. They have lots of animals like sheep's, goose, horses, cows, cats, dogs.... A big playground is also available. The kids can do horse riding or see how things on a farm are working. Amazing...

The restaurant has an excellent Bavarian cuisine and uses regional ingredients. During the summer it can be crowded, why a reservation is advisable.

Great for little kids!

Excellent for lunch. While it offers bavarian food, you have an excellent selection of traditional and more modern interpretations. Good service. Plenty of space and outdoor toys for kids. And a farm if you want to pet horses and cows.

Authentic and delicious Bavarian meals. We went two nights and the food and service was great both times. Dinners came with nice salads. As an added feature, the property has a fully working dairy, horse stables, roaming goats and a playground. Highly recommend the apple strudel with vanilla ice cream!

We're a family of four from Toronto, Canada. We just finished a marvellous meal at this place. I was scared that we would have a language barrier, but Anna was so friendly and extremely friendly (and spoke English very well). We highly recommend ending your meal with the apple strudel... It's amazing!!
